Auto Recalls – Be Sure To Check
If you have an old car, there’s a chance it may have been recalled due to some defect. It happens all the time. For your own safety, you should make sure there are no outstanding recalls on your vehicle.
The government makes it easy for you to check. The Office of Defects Investigation (OD) of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has set up a website for that purpose.

Even if you’re car is already out of warranty, you are entitled to a free repair. You just have to take it to your local dealership and let them know about the recall.
