Just sign up for their free email newsletter and they will email you the gift certificate during the month of your birthday.
Also, you are not required to use the gift certificate on your exact birthday. Use it anytime during the month of your birthday.

For those of you who don’t know Benihana, it’s a Japanese Teppanyaki/Hibachi restaurant. The chef prepares the meal right in front of you on a grill while performing all kinds of tricks. It’s a lot of fun.
