Previous Offer:

Sony is offering a $200 statement credit when you sign up for their Visa credit card.

Offer expires 3/14/2009. So if you want in on this deal, you’d better hurry. Only one day left.

The catch is that you have to make a $349 minimum purchase with the card.

Sony Card. Get a $200 card credit with any purchase of $349.99 or more. Ends March 14.

***DEAL OVER***

“First single sales receipt purchase must be equal or greater than $349.”

Still, if you want to buy a high-end digital camera or a Sony Playstation, this is a killer deal. Buy something priced at slightly over $349 or more (including tax) and you’re getting $200 off!

In fact, the price of the item could be a little less than $350. What matters is the charge on your credit card account. For example, the top of the line Sony DSC W300 is priced at $329. Add in sales tax and you’ll get above $349 easily in most states.

Make sure you only buy a single item. Don’t buy two $100 items and a $150 item. Remember, they’re going by your credit card statement. So if Sony decides to post two separate charges to your credit card account, you lose out on the deal because neither one of those charges will be above $349.

You can get approved instantly online. Once you’re approved, they will give you your account number and three digit code to make a purchase on the Sony Style website the same day. Be sure to print out or make a note of the account number, the expiration date, and the 3-digit code before you close the window. You will need them to make your purchase online.

Don’t wait to make your purchase. Keep in mind the promotion will expire soon.
